Please take a moment to read our policies below. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

When ordering, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • We ship goods via USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • We inspect all our items prior to shipment. Buyer agrees to inspect all orders immediately upon receiving them to check for any damage.
  • If there is any damage to any of the products in your order, please contact us and USPS within 48 hours to place a damage/shortage claim.
  • Please keep the shipping carton and all packaging material if planning a return.
  • When USPS settles the claim, we will inform you and issue you a credit.
  • Any package that is returned to sender, will be assessed a return shipping fee, equal to the amount charged for the shipment.

Online Prices and Product availability: Everyone here at SacHats.com works diligently to ensure all of our products and prices are up to date. However, errors do happen and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation if an item is priced incorrectly or an item is no longer available.

Exchanges and Returns Summary:

All Items purchased from SacHats.com are subject to these terms and conditions:

  • All items must be returned in their original retail packaging with all bags and tags attached.
  • Items should not be worn outside if you intend to return/exchange the item.
  • Returns must be approved by SacHats.com. Do not send the item back until you get a confirmation through us.

Regular and Sale items:

    • Refund – A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all refunds.
    • Exchange – to do an exchange you must pay shipping to and from the warehouse. Return shipping is flat rate $9.95, to get an item back to you, only after it has been received.

 

 

Closeout Items:

    • Closeout items are NOT eligible for a refund. All closeout items are subject to these terms and will be clearly marked accordingly.

Return and Exchange Period:

    • Eligible returns or exchanges must be arranged within 14 calendar days from shipping date.
    • The return or exchange must be shipped back to SacHats.com within 10 business days from the confirmation of the return.

Exchanges & Return Policy Details:

    • All merchandise purchased from SacHats.com is sold new
    • All approved items must be returned in new, resalable condition.

Custom Embroidery Policy Details:

          All custom embroidery orders are final.
